Cellular Expansion and Healing (CE) is very effective with children exploring special challenges. The energy of CE is very inclusive and augments both other treatment modalities as well as provides the opportunity for lasting healing to occur. Changes in genetic illness as well as developmental disorders, behavioral challenges and others have been noted. Challenges such as CP, Autism, Down’s Syndrome, ADHD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder have all seen lasting change from receiving CE sessions.
Deb’s earliest exploration with healing energy was with children that were attempting to arouse from a coma state. Early on she became intrigued and passionate about the human potential that can often be overlooked. Using her capacity to sense subtle energy and hear the inner needs of the body, she helps identify the series of connections in the order that is organic for healing to occur. Over the years with CE she has been humbled to witness the strength and inner resolve these special children possess. CE helps to tap into that resolve, forge pathways of connection that are needed (often in the nervous system) and support the deepest place of healing possible. Although she provides healing energy for all age groups and life challenges, she is particularly passionate about working with children. Each person has an energy system just as they have a circulatory system that is responsible for sending blood through the body and maintaining life. The energy system can be thought of as a series of conduits or tubes with energy moving freely through them when health is present. This energy is also referred to as Chi. Frequently there are areas of disconnect in the energy system that are preventing the highest level of health and independent function from occurring. CE assists to gently, with respect for the healing process, reconnect these areas and open the conduits to ease of flow and movement. In many ways it is as if the energy is used to untangle fine hairs that have been misdirected. Click here to read more about Cellular Expansion and Healing. Frequently Asked Questions
When will you work with my child? Sessions occur on Wednesdays and are done as a distance healing. (Click here to learn more about distance healing.) The specific time is determined by the sleep time of your child that you will note below. During that time period I turn my awareness toward your child and begin the energy work of cellular expansion and healing. It is not necessary to contact me if your child is up later than usual etc. I am able to sense when an appropriate time to engage with your child is based on the energy. When it is not the right time it feels like a door that is locked. When it is the right time, it feels more like a doorknob that turns easily. How long will you work with my child each session? The length of the session varies, depending on the needs of your individual child. Collectively it is never less than a half hour. Often children need short bursts of energy and support, followed by a waiting period on the same night and then additional work. I have found over the years that working while the child is sleeping is very effective and creates an undisturbed time period for the work to occur. It interferes less with family time and does not require an active child to stop other activities and lay still. Do I need to do anything special for bedtime on these nights? It is not necessary for you to alter your child’s sleep routine in any way for CE to be beneficial. If there are other activities you use during sleep time (sound programs, etc.), I may ask you to refrain from using those in the beginning to provide a clear assessment opportunity. How do you know if this can help my child? Initially three consecutive sessions are required in order for me to assess fully your child’s needs and response to the energy offered. These sessions are done once a week for three weeks. Often the body displays an openness as if it is recognizing a food source that helps the healing process. Between each scheduled session there are changes that occur within the cells themselves. At each subsequent follow-up session, I am able to assess whether the changes that occurred at the previous session have remained and what is needed to promote ongoing healing for your child. During this time, each child demonstrates his or her own propensity for growth, and what the body needs to support healing. After this time period, you will receive a detailed report of findings by e-mail as well as impressions about what may be beneficial for your child to promote health and healing. I will also indicate whether or not I believe CE can be of assistance, and if so the frequency of future sessions. If CE is not a good match for your child, I will make other recommendations at this time as well. This report is sent via e-mail by the end of the week in which the third session occurs; this is to provide time to assess your child’s responses to treatment. While I realize that there is often an eagerness on the family’s part to know if this can be helpful, I find that it is advantageous to allow three sessions for a full assessment. During this time, I am exploring how the body responds to the energy, what changes transpire, as well as whether or not those changes remain between sessions. How is payment handled? Payment is handled via Visa or MasterCard only. The fee is $100.00 per session. There is no fee for report writing. Your credit card is charged the day prior to scheduled services. If for some reason payment does not go through, you will be contacted to make other arrangements. To keep bookkeeping to a minimum, appointments will be rescheduled if payment options are not in place by 5pm EST the day prior to the appointment. If for some reason you need to change from the agreed upon treatment plan, please give our office 24 hour notice to avoid your credit card being charged. PLEASE DO NOT e-mail credit card information, but call the office during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm EST. with your information. You may also use the secure shopping cart and enter your information (Click here to pay for a CE Session). How many sessions will be needed? Often illnesses or issues that are complex take a longer period of time to resolve. However, dramatic changes have been seen within a few sessions. Challenges such as CP, Autism, Down’s Syndrome, ADHD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder often require treatment over a series of months. Lasting change, rather than improvement followed by a re-emergence of symptoms, requires a tapering of sessions rather than an abrupt termination of services. These factors, as well as the unique challenges and circumstances your child is exploring, all have a direct impact on the proposed treatment plan If it is determined that CE would be beneficial for your child, a Next Steps Treatment Plan will be recommended, in addition to the date of your next report. The number and frequency of sessions are determined based upon your child’s needs and are adjusted based on my findings during each session. If, for instance, it is recommended that 8 consecutive sessions be completed and the desired change occurs sooner, then you will be contacted with a new treatment plan. Every consideration is made to keep treatment as streamlined as possible. Recommendations are made as to what the ideal treatment plan would be and families make the ultimate decision based on many factors including finances. Issues that are long standing or complex often take more time to resolve for change to be noticed. "My daughter Hayley has Down’s Syndrome and we started Cellular sessions at six months of age. Hayley's therapists have been working with Down’s kids for about 30 years and have never seen a child do as well! She is able to learn things very quickly. Even my pediatrician is amazed! "My son Luke is 3 and has Pervasive Development Disorder. His speech and understanding have improved. Luke was tested before he started cellular therapy and his speech was at a 20-month level. He was recently tested again and his speech jumped to a 28-month level after just two months of treatment!" - M.T., mother. “P is adjusting to her new school well. The nightmares have stopped and she is making friends. She is no longer anxious all the time.” -R.K., mom "W is doing REALLY well. He met his original speech therapy goals within 3 months; usually it takes at least 6 months." -E.C., mother “Nick is doing so well none of us can believe it! His school is no longer looking to place him in a separate program outside the district. His OCD is minimal, his grades are up, he is more respectful of the needs of others and he is happy! He’s made more progress with cellular in one semester than with anything else. I know now he will have a happy life.”- P.L., mom "Her speech teacher was thrilled yesterday. So was I. She is using speech to get what she wants and using speech to connect on a much deeper level... "Sharon is still speaking purposefully. She has maintained the changes that began last month. Now she is saying "off" when taking off her sweater and "on" when she wants the water on in the tub. Phrases like, "Mom, sit down," while looking directly at me, etc. Her speech teacher said yesterday it's like a light bulb went off...I am so pleased with the direct eye contact and very purposeful speech and there is talking all the time. It is a huge and wonderful thing." -R.J., mother “I can’t believe the progress S is making. Her physical therapist has discharged her and her OT is now able to work with complex motor issues. Not bad for a child with CP who could not move! It’s been two years since we started, but I know where we would have been without cellular, and I am NEVER going back there again. More importantly, neither is my daughter.” -R.I., mom How does communication occur? To assist in meeting your child’s needs, please send an e-mail update each Monday that you are scheduled for treatment. In this update include any relevant information about your child’s week, or time period since the last CE treatment. If you were in my office this might be the answer to the question, “How has his/ her week been?” Perhaps your child has a cold? Went for an exciting visit? Has had something different develop, improvement in eating, less agitation, difficulty sleeping etc. It can be as brief or as in-depth as you would like. It is your opportunity to provide me a glimpse of your child through your eyes. I find this to be an invaluable source of information. Also at this time is your opportunity to include any questions you may have. Although I may not answer these directly at that time, I will include them in your next scheduled report. Please do not call and leave a message asking me to call you back. It is more efficient with time changes and the requirements of my schedule for the bulk of this communicating to occur via email. This leaves me free to serve other children. Thank you for your understanding.
Healing and Evolution
Deb Schnitta, the originator of CE, coaches students to discover their deepest capacity through the study of Cellular Expansion and Healing. Ryan As an illustration of evolution, I share these snapshots of a beautiful little boy named Ryan. Born with CMV, a virus commonly found in individuals and often undetected, he suffered a fair amount of brain damage. I first had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and his mom when he was three. He was quiet and somewhat withdrawn, seeming to pull into an inner world that was less confusing than ours. He would often appear at these times as if he was spacing out or did not understand what was unfolding around him. He had difficulty eating and swallowing, could not move his left leg well and had decreased strength and coordination in his left arm. He did not speak and seemed to have a delay in understanding what was spoken to him. He was inconsistent in his ability to reply to communication or request for commands. At our first meeting, I was drawn in to his world through the images he showed me in his mind. Since I am clairvoyant, it was easy for us to converse in this way. He would show me what was wrong, a pain in his arm, the frustration of not being able to speak. I would say this out loud and his eyes would glimmer and sometimes be followed by a smile. Slowly we began to build a bridge, he and I, to link both worlds together as one. Early on I became aware of his comfort in his world. Although to the mind this may seem strange, a young boy not able to participate in the fun of the world does not seem comfortable to our eyes. However, the world viewed from his perspective made sense in another way. Here was a child, a wise sentient being, a Soul that had needs and desires to learn and grow, just like all Souls. He had picked a situation and members such as his family that would further that growth and learning. I watched his hunger to be loved at the cost of all other things. And I watched in awe as his mom repeatedly fed that need, tirelessly and from the capacity of her huge heart. In silence I marveled as a healer does when given the inside glimpse of something so precious. How wise and committed these Souls, to support one another in this way. At our initial interview his mom identified her goals for Ryan to be a functioning member of society with full healing. She recognized this might be a long shot but murmured, If I don’t dream it can’t happen. Almost instantly, I became aware of the discrepancy. This Soul named Ryan was comfortable with what he had created. He became angry at me, striking out and pushing me away at times as we tried together to “get him better.” As I spoke out loud the language for his frustration, he nodded in agreement. His mom agreed his choices could be his, despite her dreams and hopes for him. He learned he could still be loved even if he was not dependent for all things. My heart grew in its capacity to witness love and understanding. It marveled in watching the evolution of them both. Ryan began to engage. He started to take great joy in being able to get his body to move, to follow commands and to connect with the outside world. His eating changed. No longer a battle he actually enjoyed eating and showed a preference for favorite foods. He became increasingly interested in being able to do things his older brother could do. He started to make sounds and become consistent in responding to yes and no questions. And then this little boy, who first presented as one who might need help throughout his entire life for all the simple things we take for granted began to let us know how smart he truly was. He began to follow along in a picture book, matching objects that make sound to tell a story. It was a simple task that tired him quickly, but one that opened many doors. Each week he gained in his ability to pay attention longer, to remember faster and to giggle in delight! He began to play at the computer like his siblings could. It was harder for him of course, but this life that had started as one of dependency began to grow more and more in the direction of autonomy. Evolution had continued. Ryan is ready for school now. As I share some of his story he is beginning the process of more fully integrating his worlds, that which is inner with the larger outer of friends and challenges and opportunities, a foray outside the nest of his loving family as the next playground for his evolution. Each of us has our places where we are like Ryan, where it is easiest to stay a certain way, even if we are not happy, even if we desire more in some way. It takes courage and wisdom to make these changes, and each and every day, we, like Ryan, face the obstacles that are ours and choose whether to engage. Evolution takes us to our truest essence and brings to us what we need to truly persevere, to learn and to grow. In this way, our greatest challenges become our deepest joys.
“Ryan was so excited for school. When he came home on Monday he was laying in his bed resting (God forbid he would actually sleep!) and he would sign Ryan and school and he would just start giggling. He did this several times. He was so proud of himself! He did really well too.” -SK, PA
